I had one for several years, a teal blue 1991 Geo Storm GSI, with a manual luckily. Bought it as my beater car.

I bought it used for $2,000, drove it for several years & 28,000 miles, sold it for the same price I bought it for.

Kinda reminded me of a non-VTEC Integra in overall performance, good handling (tuned by Lotus they said), smooth revvy engine, nice transmission.

Only negative was that it  consumed about 1 quart of oil every 1,000 miles and the shift lever springs were a little light for my taste.  Also a bit buzzy on long drives, I would wear earplugs if driving over on a trip longer than 1 hour.

I miss that car to this day.

I love the Geo Storm! They are fucking awesome, and that is a cool color too! Yellow with the red letters is so cool

The Storm in particular made GM sooooooooooooo jealous of Isuzu that they shut all their cars down

Most of them had to have been that teal. Cool little cars.

We drove my friends Storm under a B-1A  bomber once. Good times.

That’s cool. Theres a very clean Merto Convertible for sale here. Idk what the price was,  but I remember thinking it was hella CP.

That’s awesome. Yup, lots of blue and white ones as I recall. Here is mine back in the day....

Too bad about the auto. I'd rallycross the bajeebus out of a manual one of those. I always dug their mini-Camaro looks.

I love these but they are quite hard to find parts for nowadays.

This is something that has me reconsidering a lot of neat cars these days. A friend of mine has an ‘88 Camaro RS  2.8 and parts are cheap and plentiful. I’m sure your Sunbird is the same way.

Yep! I can find anything mechanical for the ‘Bird, because J-body. Cosmetic stuff is harder to find, but I haven’t needed anything of that sort.
